Embrace mindfulness

Join us for a unique team bonding experience that combines mindfulness and creativity through art. No prior art training is necessary, just bring your curiosity and trust your instincts as you freely draw and paint. The focus of this event is on the process of creating, not the final product. You may create something beautiful or something chaotically beautiful, either way the goal is to let go of the need for perfection and simply enjoy the process.

We’ll have a selection of meditative and emotionally-expressive music playing, as well as a variety of painting tools and a large canvas for you to explore your creativity. Guidance is available if desired, but we encourage you to let go of any perfectionist tendencies and simply have fun. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know your team members in a new light and tap into your primal, intuitive side.

What to expect

On the day of the event, the CreativeEvents team will arrive at the venue with all the necessary painting materials and set everything up for you. The instructor will start by giving you an overview of the materials and demonstrating how to use the brushes and mix colors. If you’d like, the instructor can also help you come up with a composition and a harmonious color palette for your painting. You’ll then have the chance to create your own masterpiece with the help of the instructor and your team members, adding as many personal touches as you’d like.

Halfway through the session, you’ll have a chance to take a break, enjoy some refreshments, and bond with your coworkers over your artistic endeavors (or lack thereof). The session will end with fun team photos, and your completed painting is yours to keep. If desired, we can also arrange for the transport of the artworks to a different location in the following days.
